Self-proclaimed golf “super fan” Jason Goodwin is suing the PGA Tour for ejecting him from the Deutsche Bank Championship in 2010 after Tiger’s playing partner, Angel Cabrera complained that the outfit was distracting.
Goodwin, who claims he had “pre-approval” to wear the costume is suing for $7,150 (the maximum he can sue for in small claims court) for having his civil rights violated.
